Managing Priorities

Life as an entrepreneur is often bustling. Your list of tasks that need completed seems never-ending, and your attention is often pulled in multiple directions, making it hard to focus on a single activity. Sudden changes may arise, compelling you to abandon one task for another.

A disorganized, busy, and unpredictable schedule may result in productivity paralysis, or the inability to focus on or start tasks in the face of an overwhelming list of responsibilities. Many try to tackle productivity paralysis through time management, but this is not always helpful, especially when you are dedicating your time to the wrong things. What you need to focus on is priority management.
