George Dadas, Sr.
I am a co-founder of DPCL Coaching and a certified leadership coach & trainer. I use my experience and passion to accelerate the business leaders’ acquisition of the knowledge, skills, habits and values that will increase their income and goal achievement while making a positive impact on the world. Prior to starting DPCL (Developing People, Changing Lives) I purchased, sold, owned and operated over 25 companies and most recently was the Chairman of Insurance Partners Agency. I am married, have two children and seven grandchildren. In my free time I like to read, exercise, play golf, mentor men and spend time with my family. I have an MBA in business strategy and am a US Army veteran.
Nick Dadas
Nick is married to his bride Nancy, and together they have 3 boys Kai, Luke, and Crew. Nick graduated from Miami University studying Marketing & Entrepreneurship, where he co-founded University Tees in 2003. He has a passion for helping others develop their full potential, which has taken shape in various ways, including founding a faith based golf camp called Camp Utopia based on one of his favorite books "Golf's Sacred Journey". He has also co-founded The ISI Life and is the host of The ISI Life podcast. He has helped serve on the board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is active at his home church in Avon OH - Hope Christian. Nick’s hobbies include mountain biking, water-skiing, off road triathlons, golf, and wanna be surfer.

George is a co-founder of DPCL Coaching and is a certified coach, speaker and trainer. George is passionate about helping people and leaders achieve their goals, and grow in all areas of life while sharing his faith and the role it plays in achieving true life success and significance. Previously, George has owned and or led multiple companies. Most recently, as a state Farm agency owner, George led multiple offices and teams and has achieved national and world-wide recognition for their performance. Teaching, coaching and speaking is how he spends most of his time and he is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. George is married and has 4 children. He enjoys all things outdoors and specifically likes riding bikes, water-sports and having fun with family. Exercise, working on projects, reading and serving/investing in others is how he spends his free time.
